Mariella and Izabel pack every order themselves, so please be patient with us while we get it ready for you. Delivery times vary by location, and you will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control, and you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
