Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time, so please review your order carefully, including size and color, before checking out.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at sales@13tenth.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Refunds, when issued, will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Once your bank processes the refund, the funds will appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
